Did my long run on C&O Canel towpath.  The morning was warm and humid, which resulted in a very sweaty run.  Had a bit of stomach issues.  The sweat-soaked running shorts and singlet stick to the skin and had higher friction than when they are dry.  Had lots of chaffing.

Ran 1 mile warm up, followed by 5 miles at 6.6 miles per hr.  Felt pretty good.
